This letter is a request for an exemption from 121.463 (c) of Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations (1 4 CFR). This exemption would permit Comair Inc. to allow the required CL-65 dispatcher operating familiarization time of five hours.to.fulfi1 the dispatcher operating familiarization requirement for both the:CL-65 and mB-120 aircraft. This would only occur if the dispatcher has been qualified previously on the EMB4'20 aircraft and is undergoing recurrent training, subject to certain conditions and limitations.
