I object to the petition to withdraw air service from Jackson Tn. for the following reasons: Although Jackson is located only 80 miles from Memphis, it takes as long as 2 hours (depending on traffic & Road conditions) to arrive at the airport in Memphis. The convenience is worth the price. The biggest problem seems to be lack of cooperation between the local chamber of commerce, local & County government and the Express I airlines.
