OST-2008-0224 - Certificate of Public Convenience - Interstate and Foreign Charter Passenger September 16, 2008 Re: Additional Information - Bookmarked Pursuant to your letter and request regarding the need for additional information and/or clarifying information for further processing our application [Dockets OST-2008-0224 and OST-2008-0231], Avjet submits updated information required before the interstate and foreign charter certificates issued by those orders can be made effective, which has been filed electronically today in Dockets OST-2008-0224 and OST-2008-0231. Additionally, per your Information Request of September 5, 2008, we have 1) filed Avjet's Aircraft Accident Response Plan in Docket OST-1996-1960 and have forwarded a copy to the National Transportation Safety Board, 2) filed Avjet's signed counterpart of Agreement 18900, waiving certain passenger liability limits and certain air carrier defenses under the Warsaw Convention, in Docket OST-1995-236 and 3) filed Avjet's statement summarizing its method of collection of passenger manifest information and transmission to Department of State in the event of an aviation disaster on a covered international flight segment in Docket OST-1998-3305.
