Joint Application for Statements of Authorization - Bookmarked

GoJet Airlines, L.L.C., Mesa Airlines, Inc., Shuttle America Corporation, and SkyWest Airlines, Inc. d/b/a United Express hereby jointly apply for blanket statements of authorization pursuant to Part 212 of the Department’s regulations to facilitate code-share services with TAP Air Portugal, which is a code-share partner of United Air Lines, Inc. Specifically, the Joint Applicants request authorization to display TAP’s “TP” designator code on flights operated by them as United Express carriers between points in the United States and between U.S. points and points in third countries.

Department Action on Application

Application of GoJet Airlines, L.L.C., Mesa Airlines, Inc., Shuttle America Corporation, and SkyWest Airlines, Inc. d/b/a United Express, for Blanket Statements of Anthorization to facilitate code-share services with TAP Air Portugal on flights operated by United Express between points in the United States aud between U.S. points and points in third countries.

United Air Lines, Inc. filed the application on behalf of and with the permission of the Joint Applicants.

TAP's "TP" designator code will be displayed on flights operated by each of the Joint Applicants as United Express.
