OST-2008-0067 - Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity - Foreign Charters February 18, 2008 Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity Priester requests authority to engage in foreign charter air transportation of persons, property, and mail in large aircraft so that Priester may provide on-demand, single-entity charter service using executive-configured Boeing 727 aircraft. OST-2008-0066 - Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity - Interstate Charters June 30, 2008 Pending Litigation - The litigation between Priester Aviation, LLC and Apollo Aviation, L.L.P. is still pending at this time. The parties have agreed to submit the case to arbitration, but no final determinations have been made as of today' s date. Third Party Verification - Attached please find a letter from Cole Taylor Bank confirming that Priester Aviation, LLC has access to funds which total $1,000,000.00. Order 2008-7-25 Issued and Served July 23, 2008 Order to Show Cause Proposing Issuance of Certificates By this order, we tentatively conclude that Priester Aviation, LLC is a citizen of the United States and is fit, willing, and able to provide interstate and foreign charter air transportation of persons, property, and mail, and should be issued certificates of public convenience and necessity authorizing such operations. We will give interested persons 14 days following the service date of this order to show cause why the tentative findings and conclusions set forth here should not be made final; answers to objections will be due within 7 days thereafter. We expect such persons to direct their objections, if any, to the applications and points at issue and to support such objections with detailed economic analyses. By: Michael Reynolds
