OST-2008-0028 - Exemption - Mexico City/Monterrey-Detroit and Chihuahua-Albuquerque January 23, 2008 Application for an Exemption from 49 USC 41301 By this application, Aeromexico seeks an exemption to engage in scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail (a) between Mexico City and Monterrey, on the one hand, and Detroit, on the other, and (b) between Chihuahua and Albuquerque. Aeromexico proposes to offer nonstop round trip service three times per week, utilizing B-737-700 or other appropriate aircraft between Mexico City/Monterrey and Detroit, and daily nonstop round trip service between Chihuahua and Albuquerque with ERJ-145 regional jet aircraft wet leased from Aerolitoral, S.A. de C.V. dba Aeromexico Connect under its blanket wet lease statement of authorization.
