Supplement No. 1 to Application - Bookmarked

Motion for Rule 12 Confidential Treatment

Hereby submits the following response to the Department's Information Request dated April 18, 2008, in connection with RJG's application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity and an exemption authorizing it to engage in interstate charter air transportation of persons, property and mail, pursuant to Section 41102 of Title 49 of the United States Code and Part 204 of the Department's Regulation.

RJG has not commenced operations and therefore it has no current charter customers or outstanding charter agreements. A copy of the form of charter agreement that RJG intends to use when it commences operations after certification is attached hereto as Exhibit RJG-2 1. The Notes to RJG's Pro Form Financial Statements attached to RJG's application as Exhibit RJG-7 explain the basis on which RJG projects charter revenues for the first 12 months of operations. As explained in the Notes under the heading "Line of Business and Source of Revenue," RJG's projected charter revenues are based on Cyberate's experience as a lessor of B727 aircraft and knowledge of the rates at which Cybergate's lessee's are able to charter B727 aircraft to their charter customers. RJG intends to charter its aircraft on either a flat fee, all inclusive basis at an average implied rate of $12,000 per block hour or on an hourly ACMI (aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance) basis at an average hourly rate of $4,500 per block hour.

Re: Withdrawal of Applications

Due to current exceedingly difficult economic climate, ReadyJetGo Airlines has decided to abandon its efforts to launch a new airline at this time.

Consequently, ReadyJetGo Airlines hereby withdraws all of the applications that it filed in the four above-referenced dockets.
