Essential Air Service at Lebanon, New Hampshire Order 2008-4-40 Issued and Served April 28, 2008 Order Requesting Proposals | Word By this order, the Department is requesting proposals from carriers interested in providing essential air service at Lebanon, New Hampshire, for a new two-year period, beginning October 1, 2008, with or without subsidy. Carriers should file their proposals no later than May 29, 2008. With specific respect to Lebanon, we request proposals for service consisting of 18 round trips a week to New York with two-pilot, twin-engine aircraft with at least 15 passenger seats, or 12 round trips a week with larger aircraft.
