Order 2008-4-18 Issued and Served April 10, 2008 Order to Show Cause Proposing Issuance of Commuter Air Carrier Authority By this order, we tentatively find that McCall Aviation, Inc. is a citizen of the United States and is fit, willing, and able to conduct scheduled passenger operations as a commuter air carrier. McCall proposes to expand its current on-demand operations to include scheduled passenger service, using two small aircraft. McCall expects that it will operate a total of 286 block hours, and provide five roundtrip flights per week between Boise and McCall, Idaho, using one Cessna 402 and one Britten Norman BN-2 aircraft. We will give interested persons 14 days following the service date of this order to show cause why the tentative findings and conclusions set forth here should not be made final; answers to objections will be due within 7 days thereafter. We expect such persons to direct their objections, if any, to the application and points at issue and to support such objections with detailed economic analyses. By: Michael Reynolds |
