Essential Air Service at West Yellowstone, Montana Issued and Served January 10, 2008 SkyWest has served West Yellowstone for many years and continues have the community’s strong support. The carrier’s proposed service and subsidy levels are reasonable, and the carrier’s service here and at its other subsidized EAS communities continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, we will reselect SkyWest, operating as Delta Connection with 30-seat Embraer Brasilia aircraft, to provide service from West Yellowstone to Salt Lake City, for the next two summer seasons, at an annual subsidy rate of $431,996. We received comments from the Town of West Yellowstone and the Montana Department of Transportation, both strongly supporting SkyWest’s proposal for 2008 and 2009. The parties state that they have enjoyed a superb relationship with SkyWest Airlines since 1987 and they appreciate the dependable and important service the airline has provided to West Yellowstone.
