Codeshare and Regulatory Cooperation Agreement

United requests a Statement of Authorization for blanket code-share authority to display Croatia Airlines' "OU" designator code on flights operated by United 1) between any point in the United States and any point in Croatia (either non-stop or via third-country intermediate points); 2) between any points within the United States in conjunction with services held out by Croatia Airlines between Croatia and the United States (either non-stop or via third-country intermediate points); and 3) between any point in the United States and any point in any third country.

Croatia Airlines requests a Statement of Authorization for blanket codeshare authority to display United's "UA" designator code on flights operated by Croatia Airlines 1) between any point in Croatia and any point in the United States (either nonstop or via third-country intermediate points); 2) between any points within Croatia in conjunction with services held out by United between the United States and Croatia (either non-stop or via third-country intermediate points); and 3) between any point in Croatia and any point in any third country.
