On or about April 12, 2007, the Joint Applications entered into a code-share arrangement with the TACA group which provides for their operation of certain United Express flights to carry the “TA” and “LR” designator codes. The Joint Applicants hereby notify the Department that they intend to begin code-share services with the TACA Group (including LACSA) beginning on or about August 10, 2007. Filed July 17, 2007 | Approved August 8, 2007 Department Action on Application Joint application of GoJet Airlines, L.L.C., Mesa Airlines, Inc., Shuttle America Corporation, and SkyWest Airlines, Inc. d/b/a United Express for blanket statements of authorization to display the "TA" designator code of the TACA Group and the "LR" designator code of LACSA on flights operated by the Joint Applicants as United Express carriers between points in the United States and between U.S. points and points in Canada. The Joint Applicants also request waiver of the 45-day advance filing requirement under 14 CFR Part 212. The Department is acting on the Joint Applicant's request prior to the expiration of the 45-day advance filing requirement with the consent of all parties served. By: Robert Finamore
