Air Canada OST-2007-28768 - Exemption and Foreign Air Carrier Permit - US-Canada July 17, 2007 Application for an Exemption and Foreign Air Carrier Permit The route authority requested here is provided for under the Agreement, which was signed by the two Governments on March 11, 2007. Air Canada requests authority to provide scheduled air service on the following routing:

November 7, 2007 Letter Reminding Department of Application On July 17, 2007, Air Canada submitted an application for an exemption and Foreign Air Carrier Permit that would enable it to take advantage of the expanded air service opportunities made available to it pursuant to the terms of the Open Skies Agreement between the United States and Canada signed on March 12th. The application requested authority coextensive with that provided for in Annex 1, Section 1.B of the Agreement, which includes the following routing:
