Delta Air Lines, Inc. and Aerovias de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. OST-2007-28272 - Exemption and Statement of Authorization - Seattle-Mexico City May 16, 2007 Joint Application for Exemption and Statement of Authorization The Joint Applicants request the issuance of the following authorities:
The Joint Applicants plan to introduce the proposed Seattle-Mexico City codeshare services on or about July 4, 2007, and request that the exemption and statement of authorization be granted as soon as possible so that Delta is able to market and sell nonstop Seattle-Mexico City service without delay. Delta requests that its exemption authority be effective for a period of at least two years, or until 90 days after it is granted certificate authority for this route, whichever occurs earlier. The Joint Applicants request that the codesharing statement of authorization remain in effect indefinitely, consistent with the duration of the U.S.-Mexico codeshare authorities granted by DOT Order 1999-6-6.
