OST-2007-28218 - Exemption - Cancun-Austin/San Antonio; Mexico City-Oakland/San Francisco May 10, 2007 Application for an Exemption from 49 USC 41301 By this application, Aeromexico seeks an exemption to engage in scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between (1) Cancun, Mexico, on the one hand, and Austin and San Antonio, Texas, on the other, and Mexico City, Mexico, on the one hand, and Oakland and San Francisco, California on the other. On or about July 1, 2007, Aeromexico proposes to offer daily nonstop round trip service in each market, utilizing B-737-700 or MD-87 aircraft. Our May 17, 2007 action also awarded Aeromexico authority to operate between Mexico City, Mexico, on the one hand, and Oakland and San Francisco, California, on the other.
