March 18, 2008 Application for Renewal of Exemption Authority Aeromexico seeks renewal of its exemption authority to provide service between Guadalajara and New York (JFK). The authority was granted by Notice of Action Taken, dated April 26, 2007, and currently is set to expire on April 26, 2008. Although Aeromexico currently is serving the Guadalajara-New York market with multiple weekly one stop flights with B-737 and MD-80 aircraft, it wants to renew the exemption so that nonstop service may be instituted when warranted by traffic volumes.
