Consorcio Aviaxsa, S.A. de C.V. OST-2007-27827 - Exemption - Mexico-US Charter April 3, 2007 Consorcio Aviaxsa S. A. de C.V. hereby applies for an exemption from 49 U.S.C. 41301 under the provisions of 49 U.S.C. 40109 to permit Applicant to commence non-scheduled air taxi passenger service between various points in Mexico and various points in the United States. Aviacsa intends to primarily operate from Monterrey and Toluca but can operate from any airport in Mexico under its authorization. Applicant desires to commence non-scheduled air taxi service between various points in Mexico and various points in the United States utilizing one Raytheon HS-125-700A and one Canadair CL-600-2616 aircraft. Filed April 5, 2007 | Issued May 22, 2007 Exemption from 49 USC 41301 to permit the applicant to conduct passenger charter operations between Mexico and the United States, and other passenger charters in accordance with 14 CFR Part 212, using small equipment.
