DOT Letter Requesting Additional Information

We have completed our initial review of the application filed April 11, 2007, in Docket OST-2007-27815 by Exec Air, Inc. d/b/a ExecAir requesting a determination of its fitness to conduct scheduled passenger operations as a commuter air carrier.

Based on your subsequent email communications of May 2, 2007, it is apparent that the business plan for your proposed operation is still under development. Under the circumstances, we cannot continue to process your application. We will commence a review of your application when you are prepared to present a more fully developed business plan. We note that our information packet on "How To Become A Commuter Air Carrier" cautions applicants not to file with the Department until after the applicant has progressed to the point where it has resolved all significant issues relating to its fitness.
