Application for Renewal of Exemption Authority

Aeromexico seeks renewal of its exemption authority to provide service between Mexico City and Minneapolis; Mexico City and Seattle; and Guadalajara and Seattle. The authority was granted by Notice of Action Taken, dated April 18, 2007, and currently is set to expire on April 18, 2008. Aeromexico currently is serving the Mexico City-Seattle market with daily nonstop round trips with B-737 aircraft. The response to the service has been satisfactory and Aeromexico wants to continue the service for another year. Although Aeromexico is not serving the other two routes on a nonstop basis, it wants to renew the authority so it may offer such service when circumstances warrant.
