OST-2007-26967 - Exemption - Mexico City/Guadalajara-Phoenix January 16, 2007 Compania Mexicana de Aviacion, S.A. de C.V. hereby requests an exemption to the extent necessary to permit Mexicana to engage in the scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between the coterminal points Mexico City and Guadalajara, Mexico, on the one hand, and Phoenix, Arizona, on the other hand. Mexicana requests that this exemption be granted for at least a one-year period. Mexicana expects to utilize Airbus A318, A319, A320 or Boeing B757 aircraft on this route. By: Paul Gretch February 20, 2008 Application for Renewal of Exemption Compania Mexicana de Aviacion, S.A. de C.V. hereby requests renewal of the exemption authority to perform scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between Mexico City/Guadalajara, Mexico, and Phoenix, Arizona. Mexicana requests renewal of this exemption for a one-year period. Mexicana is not currently operating these services but wishes to renew its authority so that operations can be resumed without delay when warranted.
