SkyTeam Antitrust Order 2007-11-5 Issued and Served November 6, 2007 Order Modifying the Procedural Schedule By this Order, the Department modifies the procedural schedule for this matter as follows: answers are now due on November 13, 2007, and replies are due on November 27, 2007. On November 6, American Airlines filed a motion seeking to extend the answer period by two business days in order to review its position. American states that replies should continue to be due seven business days after the answer date, as extended. American notes that the Joint Applicants have indicated that they object to American’s motion. We have decided to grant American’s motion, in part.
