Essential Air Service at Salina, Kansas Issued April 4, 2007 | Served April 9, 2007 Order Approving Alternate Service Pattern By this order, the Department is approving an alternate service pattern for Salina, Kansas, by allowing Mesa Air Group, Inc. d/b/a Air Midwest to provide two nonstop round trips a day to Kansas City instead of three one-stop round trips a day. Air Midwest reserves the right to change the service back to the pattern outlined in Order 2006-3-15 should the new service not generate the passengers needed to cover any subsequent costs.
