Flying-Ops International, Inc. d/b/a SkyXpress Airline Order 2007-3-14 Issued and Served March 19, 2007 Final Order Revoking Canadian Charter Air Taxi Registration By Order 2007-2-20, issued February 21, 2007, we directed all interested persons to show cause why we should not make final our tentative findings and conclusions revoking the Canadian charter air taxi registration of Flight-Ops International, Inc., d/b/a SkyXpress Airline on the grounds that the carrier's Federal Aviation Administration operations specifications were terminated. Interested persons were given 14 calendar days to tile objections to the order. No objections to the show cause order were filed. We find that Flight-Ops International d/b/a SkyXpress no longer holds effective FAA operations specifications. We revoke the air taxi registration of Flight-Ops International d/b/a SkyXpress.
