By applications filed October 25, 2006, Global Jet Luxembourg S.A a foreign air carrier of Luxembourg, requests an initial exemption under 49 U.S.C. §40109, and a foreign air carrier permit under 49 U.S.C. §41301, to engage in charter foreign air transportation of persons and property between any point or points in Luxembourg and any point or points in the United States, either directly or via intermediate points in other countries, with or without stopovers, and beyond, and to conduct other charters under Part 212 of the Department's Regulations.
