Essential Air Service at Clarksburg/Fairmont, Morgantown and Parkersburg, West Virginia Order 2007-1-14 Issued and Served January 25, 2007 Order Making Temporary Carrier Selection We select RegionsAir on a short-term basis at an increased subsidy rate to provide essential air service at Clarksburg/Fairmont, Morgantown, and Parkersburg, West Virginia. The Department sets the final rate of compensation for RegionsAir, Inc., for the provision of essential air service at Parkersburg, Morgantown and Clarksburg/Fairmont, West Virginia, as described in Appendix B, effective on the date of issuance of this order until a long-term replacement carrier is fully in place, payable as follows: for each calendar month during which essential air service is provided, the amount of compensation shall be subject to the weekly ceiling set forth in Appendix B, and shall be determined by multiplying the subsidy-eligible arrivals and departures performed at Clarksburg/Fairmont, Morgantown, and Parkersburg during the month by $540.23.
