Global Jet Austria GmbH OST-2006-26212 - Exemption - Austria-US Executive Charters October 25, 2006 Application for Exemption Authority Global Jet Austria GmbH hereby requests an exemption from 49 U.S.C. § 41301 in order to engage in (i) charter foreign air transportation of persons and property between any point or points in Austria and any point or points in the United States, either directly or via intermediate points in other countries, with or without stopovers, and beyond. Simultaneously with the filing of this application, GJA is filing a foreign air carrier permit application with accompanying exhibits.
