Request to Withdraw Pending Agreement from Docket 2005-22029

On their behalf, and pursuant to Sections 4 1308 and 4 1309 of Title 49 of the United States Code and Parts 303.03, 303.05 and 303.30(c) of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations, I filed with the Department on March 18, 2005, an application for approval of a Passenger Services Conferences agreement that was assigned to Docket OST-2005-22029.

The agreement contained 34 Resolutions and for review by the Department. Included in this Docket is Mail Vote 448 Memorandum 0183 TC12 North Atlantic USA-Europe (Memo 0183) (except between USA and Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Switzerland)

IATA asks to withdraw pending Agreement Memorandum 0183 that has been separately filed against docket 2006-24022. This is because we were asked to have Agreement 0183 and 0184 filed separately for your better study and approval.
