Aerovias de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. OST-2005-23254 - Exemption - Puebla-New York December 5, 2005 Application for an Exemption from 49 USC 41301 By this application, Aeromexico seeks an exemption to engage in scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between Puebla, Mexico and New York, New York. Aeromexico proposes to offer two nonstop round trips per week between Puebla and New York, utilizing B737-700 or other appropriate aircraft. There currently is no service in this market so the proposed services will generate significant benefits for the traveling and shipping public.
