GoJet Airlines LLC OST-2005-23253 - Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity - Foreign Scheduled Passenger December 5, 2005 Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity - Bookmarked GoJet Airlines LLC d/b/a United Express hereby applies for a certificate of public convenience and necessity authorizing it to engage in foreign scheduled air transportation of persons, property and mail. GoJet requests that this application be processed by non-hearing procedures pursuant to Subpart B of the Department’s Regulations. Specifically, GoJet respectfully requests that this application be decided on the basis of written submissions pursuant to 14 C.F.R. § 302.207, and that the Department grant this application by proceeding directly to a final order as set forth in 14 C.F.R. § 302.210(a)(2). GoJet is currently providing scheduled interstate air transportation of persons, property and mail as a United Express carrier pursuant to the authority granted by Order 2005-9-20. GoJet plans to expand its operations to include scheduled air transportation service between the United States on the one hand, and Canada and Mexico on the other hand, with seventy-seat Bombardier CRJ700 LR regional jet aircraft for United Airlines, Inc. pursuant to an Air Services Agreement. A copy of the Air Services Agreement was filed as Exhibit GOJET-15B to the Application of GoJet Airlines, Inc. in Docket OST-2004-19877, and was granted confidential treatment by the Department pursuant to 14 C.F.R. § 302.12.
