American Airlines, Inc. OST-2005-22622 - Statement of Authorization - US-India - Codeshare with Air Sahara September 29, 2005 Application for Statement of Authorization - Bookmarked American Airlines, Inc. and its affiliates American Eagle Airlines, Inc. and Executive Airlines, Inc. d/b/a American Eagle hereby apply under 14 CFR Part 212 for a statement of authorization to engage in codeshare services with Sahara Airlines Limited d/b/a Air Sahara, a carrier of India, pursuant to the attached agreement. As requested by this application, the Air Sahara "S2" code will be displayed on American's Chicago‑Delhi flights effective November 15, 2005; on flights operated by American or American Eagle beyond the Chicago gateway effective as soon as possible thereafter; and on American's New York‑London and Boston‑London flights at a date to be determined later. October 6, 2005 American Airlines, Inc. has completed its poll of carrier parties served with the captioned application filed on September 29, 2005 for a statement of authorization to codeshare with Air Sahara, a carrier of India, and there are no objections. Filed September 29, 2005 | Approved November 8, 2005 Department Action on Application Application of American Airlines, Inc. for a Blanket Statement of Authorization under Part 212 to place Air Sahara‘s code on flights operated by American Airlines. Air Sahara filed a separate application for exemption authority in Docket OST-2005-22640 pursuant to its code-share arrangement with American.
