April 29, 2008 Re: Comments of Action Pet Express I strongly feel that the Incident reports regarding animals be retained. These serve a VERY real and important function. If possible, I feel foreign carriers should also be required to report. Every day, we receive inquires from pet owners about the 'horror stories' they hear regarding pet travel by air. These reports go a long way towards dispelling these rumors. By: Gerald Mishler |
