Intra-Alaska Bush Service Mail Rates Order 2005-11-15 Issued and Served November 21, 2005 We make final our tentative decision in Order 2005-10-29 to modify the authority granted to the Postal Service by Order 2005-3-27 to require that, if the Postal Service pays any carrier an amount above the regular Part 121 rate established by DOT, the Postal Service must pay that amount on a state-wide basis to all carriers serving regular Part 121 bush city-pair markets with Part 121 equipment or carriers serving with Part 135 equipment that maintain notices of equalization to the effective Part 121 rate, effective within ten days of the service date of this order By: Michael Reynolds |
