Application for an Exemption

By this application, Aeromexico seeks an exemption to engage in scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between Puerto Vallarta and San Diego. Aeromexico proposes to offer daily nonstop service over the route with MD-80 or other appropriate aircraft. Currently, there is no nonstop service in the market so that Aeromexico's proposed service will generate significant benefits for the traveling and shipping public.

Application for Renewal of Exemption Authority

By this application, Aeromexico seeks renewal of its exemption authority to provide service between Puerto Vallarta-San Diego. The authority was last granted by Notice of Action Taken, dated October 25, 2004. Aeromexico currently is offering multiple weekly nonstop round trip services in the Puerto Vallarta-San Diego market. The public has responded well to the service and Aeromexico desires to continue that service for an additional year.
