Continental Airlines, Inc. OST-04-19165 - Exemption - US-Tripoli, Libya Codesharing with KLM September 20, 2004 Continental seeks authority to provide scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between any point or points in the United States and Tripoli on KLM's flights between Amsterdam and Tripoli to commence October 13, 2004.3 Continental asks that the Department grant it exemption authority on an expedited basis to enable Continental to seek foreign authority and engage in advance sales and marketing activities.
