Tradewinds Airlines, Inc. OST-04-18674 - US-Korea Cargo - Exemption July 19, 2004 Tradewinds initially intends to operate three (3) weekly round‑trip U.S. Korea scheduled all‑cargo flights using B‑747F all‑cargo aircraft on a Los Angeles Anchorage‑Inchon routing. Although Tradewinds intends to initiate U.S.‑Korea service on the LAX‑ANC‑INC routing, in this application Trade Winds is requesting blanket U.S.‑Korea all‑cargo authority, including intermediate and beyond points, to permit Trade Winds the commercial flexibility to change or add any point or points on its proposed initial routing to respond to customer demands. Counsel: Pierre Murphy, 202-776-3980, pmurphy@lopmurphy.com OST-04-18674 - US-Korea Cargo Filed July 19, 2004 | Issued August 20, 2004 Scheduled foreign air transportation of property and mail from points behind the United States, via the United States and intermediate points, to a point or points in the Republic of Korea and beyond. By: Paul Gretch OST-2004-18674 - Exemption - US-Korea Cargo May 10, 2006 Application for Renewal of Exemption Authority Tradewinds hereby applies for renewal of its Exemption authorizing Tradewinds to provide scheduled all-cargo foreign air transportation from points behind the United States, via the United States and intermediate points, to a point or points in the Republic of Korea and beyond pursuant to the U.S.-Korea “Open Skies” Air Transport Agreement. Counsel: Pierre Murphy, 202-776-3980, pmurphy@lopmurphy.com OST-2004-18674 - Exemption - US-Korea Cargo Filed May 10, 2006 | Issued June 27, 2006 Renewal of scheduled foreign air transportation of property and mail from points behind the United States, via the United States and intermediate points, to a point or points in the Republic of Korea and beyond. We dismissed TradeWinds’ application to the extent that it requests authority from points behind the United States. The authority to conduct operations from points behind the United States is inherent in the authority that we award U.S. carriers to perform foreign air transportation. By: Paul Gretch |
