Application for a New or Amended Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity

Respectfully requests a new or amended certificate of public convenience and necessity to enable it to engage in scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail from points in the United States and intermediate points to a point or points in Jordan and beyond. America West also respectfully requests the Department to take any required action to ensure America West is designated by the U.S. Government under Article 3 and Annex I of the Open Skies Agreement.
