OST-2004-17492 - Exemption - Guadalajara/Morelia/Mexico City/Zactecas/Leon-El Bajio-Fresno, California April 5, 2004 Mexicana requests authority from the Department to engage in scheduled combination foreign air transportation between Guadalajara/Morelia/Mexico City/Zacatecas/Leon‑El Bajio, Mexico, on the one hand, and Fresno, California, on the other hand. Mexicana's existing exemption expires on March 12, 2008 (Notice of Action Taken, March 12, 2007). Mexicana currently operates nonstop service between Guadalajara and Fresno, and serves Mexico City on a connecting basis.
