Essential Air Service at Alamosa, Colorado / Kearney, McCook, Nebraska / Pueblo, Colorado / Rock Springs, Wyoming Order 04-1-13 Issued January 14, 2004 | Served January 20, 2004 By this order, we are setting past-period and prospective subsidy rates for Great Lakes Aviation's provision of essential air service at the five communities listed above in two steps. First, we are setting rates retroactive to October 1, 2001, through the ends of the various contract periods, adjusting for the effects of the September 11 terrorist attacks.
