By this application, Aeromexico seeks renewal of its exemption authority to provide service between Guadalajara, Mexico and Las Vegas, Nevada, which was granted by Notice of Action Taken, dated July 16, 2003, and will expire on July 16, 2004. Currently Aeromexico is offering multiple weekly flights in the Guadalajara-Las Vegas market via its code share arrangement with Compania Mexicana de Aviacion, S.A. de C.V. See Docket OST-03-15854.

The service has been well received, and Aeromexico desires to renew the authority for an additional year.

By this application, Aeromexico seeks renewal of its exemption authority to provide service between Guadalajara, Mexico and Las Vegas, Nevada, which was last granted by Notice of Action Taken, dated November 7, 2005, and will expire on November 7, 2006. Currently Aeromexico is offering two weekly nonstop round trips with B-737 aircraft in this market as well as multiple weekly flights via its code share arrangement with Compania Mexicana de Aviation, S.A. de C.V. See Docket OST-2003-15854. The service has been well received, and Aeromexico desires to renew the authority for an additional year.

By this application, Aeromexico seeks renewal of its exemption authority to provide service between Guadalajara and Las Vegas. The authority was granted by Notice ofAction Taken, dated February 14, 2007, and currently is set to expire on February 14, 2008. Aeromexico currently is serving the market with daily one stop service but it wants to retain the nonstop authority in the event traffic warrants such service. Thus, it wants to renew the exemption for another year.
