Application for an Exemption

Planet intends to operate three weekly scheduled roundtrip flights between Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, and Freeport, Grand Bahamas utilizing its existing Boeing 727-200 aircraft (see Exhibit 1). These flights will serve the public interest by providing additional competition in the U.S. Caribbean market and by providing alternatives for leisure travellers in these markets.
