90-Day Notice to Terminate Essential Air Service at Excursion Inlet, Alaska

Order 2003-1-6, the Department extends L.A.B. Flying Service's service obligation at Excursion Inlet, Alaska, for an additional 30 days, through January 29, 2003. Although L.A.B, has submitted a proposal, this case will not be completed before the end of the current hold-in period. As required by 4 U.S-C- 41734, we must continue to require L.A.B. to serve Excursion Inlet for an additional 30-day period.
