OST-01-9575 April 27, 2001 Application for Exemption CAB Order 68-7-55

IATA requests an exemption, in part, from the standard conditions that apply to all Conference Agreements, Resolutions and Recommended Practices that are produced by any of IATA's Traffic Conferences. CAB Order 68-7-55, Appendix. These conditions were reaffirmed in DOT Order 85-5-32, at p. 4, n. 10. IATA is here asking for permission to adopt and implement the Passenger Services Conference (PSC) Resolutions and Recommended Practices enumerated in Appendix A without prior review by the Department. IATA will follow this request with a similar application for an exemption from this same filing condition for a specified list of Cargo Services Conference Resolutions and Recommended Practices.
