Applicant intends to operate charter air transportation service, primarily for a sister company located in Atlanta, GA which is engaged in the travel and tour business, to domestic resort and vacation venues. Company headquarters are at 8642 W. Market Street, Suite 134, Greensboro, NC 27409, and its financial records will be maintained at 6005 Delmar Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63112. The Company's operations will be conducted from Piedmont Triad International Airport, P.O. Box 35445, Greensboro, NC 27425 and MidAmerica St. Louis Airport, St. Clair County, 9768 Airport Blvd., Mascoutah, IL 62258-5500.

Applicant proposes to lease one (1) Boeing 757-200 aircraft. Applicant may lease one additional 757-200 aircraft should operations warrant. Applicant proposes an initial operating capital of between Three Million and Seven Million Dollars (USD $3,000,000 - $7,000,000) to be provided in the form of equity capital and from a line of credit to Applicant's parent company, Barron Holdings International, Ltd., L.L.C.
