 Application for an Emergency Exemption Windsor Locks-Seattle/Boeing Field

Antonov Design Bureau hereby confirms its application for an emergency exemption pursuant to 49 U.S.C. ?? 40109(g) and 41703(c), made orally on January 1, 2001, requesting authorization for Antonov to operate a single one-way all-cargo charter flight transporting a Boeing 777 aircraft engine, plus ancillary equipment, from Windsor Locks/Bradley International Airport, Connecticut, to Seattle/Boeing Field, Washington, on or about January 2, 2001, using an AN124-100 aircraft. The Department orally approved the requested exemption authority on January 1, 2001.
