Mexicana is not requesting renewal of its exemption in Docket OST-2004-19893 (San Jose del Cabo/Cancun-Oakland) or its exemption to serve Cancun-Sacramento in Docket OST-2004-19820 in view of the Mexican Government's March 31, 2006, diplomatic note.
