Hereby applies for renewal of its certificate authorizing UPS to engage in scheduled foreign air transportation of property and mail between Austin, Houston, Louisville and San Antonio and Monterrey, Guadalajara and Mexico City, Mexico.

Amendment No. 1 to Application for Renewal of Certificate Authority

UPS requests that the first sentence of the Renewal Application be replaced with the following sentences:

Hereby applies for renewal of its certificate for Route 569 so as to authorize UPS to engage in scheduled foreign air transportation of property and mail between the following U.S-Mexico route segments: Austin-Monterrey, Houston- Mexico City, Louisville-Guadalajara, Louisville-Mexico City, Louisville-Monterrey, San Antonio-Guadalajara and San Antonio-Monterrey. UPS is not requesting renewal of the originally-awarded certificate authority for the Houston-Guadalajara and San Antonio-Mexico City markets, as those markets have become dormant and expired automatically pursuant to the terms of the certificate.
