OST-99-6044 July 30, 1999 Application for an Exemption Route Integration

Exemption to allow it to integrate the certificate and exemption authority held by UPS to the fullest extent permitted under all applicable agreements between the United States and other countries. Such integration authority will enable UPS to engage in foreign air transportation involving any points named on its certificates and exemptions except where such service is precluded by applicable bilateral agreements. UPS also requests route integration authority for any certificate or exemption authorities it may be granted during the term of any exemption granted herein.
