Order 99-7-14, allows Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Inc., d/b/a Delta Connection (ASA), to suspend service between Jacksonville/Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and Atlanta as of October 1, 1999, and (b) modifying the community essential air service determination. The filing of petitions shall not stay the effective date of the
modifications made in this order. Petitions due August 2, 1999.
