Describe in detail the specific operations that Aeronaves TSM proposes to conduct to and from the United States. Provide current names, addresses (both residence and business) and citizenship of all directors, officers and key management personnel, including the company's president, vice president, director of operations, director of maintenance, director of finance, chief pilot and chief inspector. State whether each of these individuals currently owns or controls any other aeronautics company. Submit a copy of Aeronaves TSM's current homeland license that encompasses U.S. cargo operations.

Amendment Application for an Exemption

The specific operations that Aeronaves TSM conducts consists of both charter transportation of passengers, and their accompanying baggage, and charter transportation of cargo. Aeronaves TSM estimates that it will operate appmximately 15 round trips between Mexico and the U.S. monthly. Almost all of the traffic will originate in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico.

Addition of Aircraft to Fleet

Aeronaves, a Mexican air taxi operator of cargo and passenger aircraft, requests a revision to the application for renewal of exemption from 49 U.S.C. 41301, Docket OST-1999-5804. The last renewal of exemption was granted in October, 2005.

This revision is necessitated by the addition of several aircraft to the fleet of Aeronaves. The additional aircraft are as follows:

Aeronaves also requests stopover privileges and relief from the requirement to obtain advance approval for each Mexico-U.S. flight. Aeronaves requests that this exemption be renewed for a period of at least one year.

Servicios Aereos M.T.T., S.A. de C.V., Transportes Aereos Mexiquenses, S.A. de C.V., and Aero Personal, S.A. de C.V. each requested that their authority be granted for a two-year term. As to Aeronaves TSM, S.A. de C.V., we have decided, on our own initiative and in the interest of administrative efficiency, to grant it exemption authority for a two-year term.
