The agreement: is comprised of resolutions dealing with passenger fares and conditions of travel between North America and Africa. Significant changes to fare structure, conditions of travel, and fare level are discussed separately below. Fare Structure: Three-season youth and student fares were added from Western Africa; fares were re-introduced from Lagos equal to the those from Accra, and APEX fares were selectively introduced from Equatorial Guinea and Gabon; and GIT fares from the United States were cancelled.
